Daily Announcements - Sept 26th

Congratulations to the Senior Boys Soccer Team who beat the visitors Langley Secondary yesterday to improve to 2-0 on the season. The boys were down 2-0 at halftime but persevered with a resilient and dominant effort in the second half. The boys scored 6, oh not 6, sevennnnnn goals in the second half in a 7-3 blowout victory.

Evan T started the barrage with a natural hat-trick, his second in two games. Helpers scored by Devon O, Amandeep B, Teji R, and Dustin N. Great work boys.

Pay attention Hawks! This is a reminder that intramurals start next week Wednesday, today is your last chance to sign up for volleyball intramurals, so if you are not already signed up you should go to the main gym during lunch to sign up.

Attention grade 10, 11 and 12 students!  The Abbotsford Police Department Youth Leadership Program (Formerly known as the Junior Police Academy) are now accepting applications from now until November 13th. Come and see Mr. Skelton in the Career Center for more info

Do you read, write, AND speak Farsi, French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish, or American Sign Language? You may be eligible to participate in the Language Challenge Exam. Please see Mrs. McAleese in the counselling office for more details.  Application due date is Oct 22.
