Physics Olympics meeting in Mr. Newton’s room 207 on Thursday at 11:30 pm.

Hey Hawks! Do you have any extra bottles or cans laying around at home? Well don't worry on Friday October 23rd, Thrive leadership is hosting a bottle drive fundraiser, come drop off your bags from 4-7 pm, for every bag donated you can get one candy gram to give to someone attending Mouat!

Speaking of Candy Grams! Thrive Leadership is hosting a Halloween Candy Gram sale. Our table will be located near the Cafe today and next Tuesday at lunch to put your orders in!! Each candy gram is $3, and you can give it to anyone in the school or save it for yourself! All candy grams will be handed out on Oct 29, and 30^th

Calling all students who like to perform: Mouat will begin hosting a monthly open mic lunch starting next week on Tuesday. Once a month, students can sign up to share any kind of performance art, including but not limited to music, dance, theatre monologues and skits, spoken word poetry, stand-up comedy, magic, and more. If you can perform it, then it has a place at our open mic. Sign up any time this week on the music room door. This month's open mic will be Tuesday the 27^th at lunch in the cafeteria.

Do you read, write, and speak Farsi, French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish or American Sign Language? Then you may be a good candidate for the language challenge exam! If you are interested in more information or to learn how to sign up, please see Mrs. McAleese in the counselling office.

Reminder to All Grade 12's, there will be a meeting Wednesday October 21^st in the Theatre at 11:15 am to go over everything about the 100 Hour Scholarship. There will be a second meeting Wednesday October 28^th if you cannot make the first meeting as it's an early dismissal day.
